How to solve problem of injection part of injection molding machine?

1. Can not shoot
Approach:
1) Nozzle is blocked by foreign matter. Check whether nozzle is blocked, clean or replace nozzle.
2) Glue nozzle is broken. Disassemble flange to check whether glue nozzle is broken, and replace glue nozzle.
3) Injection direction valve is stuck. Check whether directional valve has 24V voltage and coil resistance is 15-20 ohms. If normal, valve is blocked. Clean valve or replace directional valve.
4) Rubber injection piston rod is broken. Loosen rubber piston rod tightening nut, check whether piston rod is broken, and replace piston rod.
5) Temperature of barrel is too low. Check whether actual temperature reaches melting point temperature of material, and reset barrel temperature.
6) Oil seal of rubber injection piston is damaged. Check whether piston oil seal is broken and replace oil seal.

5) Burn out heating ring. Check whether it is normal with a multimeter and replace heating coil.
6) Plug is loose. Check whether melted oil plug is in poor contact, connect plug tightly, and check whether there is a 24 power supply.

4) Copper sleeve of rear plate of shooting table is worn and 2 guide rods are deformed or fixing screws are loose. Observe whether copper powder is ground out of second plate copper sleeve, and replace copper sleeve.

3) Burn nut to check whether nut can be turned to generate heat and iron powder comes out. Replace nut.
4) Adjust upper and lower support plates. Remove lock nut of expense board to check and adjust adjusting nut.
5) I/O board is broken. Check whether there is a signal at output point on computer page and repair electronic board.
6) Mold adjusting valve core is stuck. Remove valve to check and clean valve.
7) Mold adjusting motor is broken. Check oil motor. Replace or repair oil motor.
