Design requirements for automotive connectors

In driving of car, various parts of car must work, and various parts must be closely coordinated, and in cooperation of various parts in car, car connector plays a very important role. 7. Connector insertion force: 20.5kg or less;
8. Connector retention: 2.5kg or more;
9. Temperature adaptability: -40~120℃.
From purpose of use of automobile connectors, in order to ensure that car can run better, we can divide reliability of connector into sealing performance of connector in use and performance of car in driving to prevent sparks. In addition, in driving of car, connector can also show performance of shielding and performance of temperature control.
