Routine maintenance means that operators of injection molding machine equipment routinely inspect equipment before, during and after use, and make daily inspection records. Accidents and signs of failure should be dealt with in a timely manner to prevent occurrence of major accidents. Routine maintenance should be included in responsibility system for implementation.
(1) Check before use
■ Inspection of oil quantity in fuel tank: Observe, oil quantity should be determined within standard oil quantity;
■ Inspection of room temperature and oil temperature: Generally, it can only be carried out in winter and summer rainy seasons. When room temperature (ambient temperature) is lower than 0℃, oil should be preheated; when room temperature is higher than 35℃, heat dissipation measures should be considered;
■ Inspection of pressure gauge: observe whether pointer of pressure gauge swings seriously, whether it can return to zero position and state of range, etc.;
■ Inspection of temperature control part: inspection of thermostat, temperature sensing wire, heating coil, AC contactor or solid state relay, etc., whether heating time and temperature deviation are normal, etc.
■ Inspection of room temperature and oil temperature: Generally, it can only be carried out in winter and summer rainy seasons. When room temperature (ambient temperature) is lower than 0℃, oil should be preheated; when room temperature is higher than 35℃, heat dissipation measures should be considered;
■ Inspection of pressure gauge: observe whether pointer of pressure gauge swings seriously, whether it can return to zero position and state of range, etc.;
■ Inspection of temperature control part: inspection of thermostat, temperature sensing wire, heating coil, AC contactor or solid state relay, etc., whether heating time and temperature deviation are normal, etc.
(2) Inspection in use
■ When starting, make sure that relief valve is adjusted to the lowest pressure, that is, loosen pressure regulating handle, and then jog oil pump to observe whether there is any abnormal situation: such as whether pump can discharge oil, whether there is abnormal sound, whether pressure gauge fluctuates greatly, etc.;
■ Adjust and check adjustment pressure of relief valve, whether it can rise, fall continuously and evenly, and then adjust to the set pressure after everything is normal;
■ Inspection of oil temperature, pump casing temperature, and electromagnet temperature: oil temperature is normal when oil temperature is 20℃-50℃, and pump casing temperature is 10℃-30℃ higher than room temperature. Temperature rise of electromagnet is shown on nameplate of electromagnet;
■ Oil leakage inspection: inspection of oil leakage at joint surface of pump, output shaft, pipe joint, joint of cylinder piston rod and end cover, all sides of oil tank, installation surface of each valve element, installation thread and installation flange.
■ Noise and vibration inspection: check whether oil pump has a "cluck..." sound, whether electromagnet has a "humming..." sound, whether there is a vibration sound in pipeline, whether there is an impact sound when oil cylinder is reversed, whether pipeline is vibrated, etc.
■ Inspection of pressure gauges;
■ Check working conditions of electrical components and reliability of safety devices;
■ Check whether fastening nuts, screws of each machine column and cylinder element are loose.
■ Adjust and check adjustment pressure of relief valve, whether it can rise, fall continuously and evenly, and then adjust to the set pressure after everything is normal;
■ Inspection of oil temperature, pump casing temperature, and electromagnet temperature: oil temperature is normal when oil temperature is 20℃-50℃, and pump casing temperature is 10℃-30℃ higher than room temperature. Temperature rise of electromagnet is shown on nameplate of electromagnet;

(3) Inspection before get off work (after shutdown)
■ Oil level inspection of fuel tank: If it is found that oil level has dropped a lot after shutdown, it is necessary to find out where reduced part of oil goes, where it leaks from, and where it flows (ground, trench or cooling water tank);
Cleaning and scrubbing dirt on exposed surfaces of oil tank, hydraulic components, oil cylinders, etc., and cleaning interior of electric control box;
■ Position of each valve handle should be restored to positions of "pressure relief", "stop", "backward", etc.;
■ If it is convenient, touch oil filter with your hand to confirm blockage of dirt, record and dispose of it;
■ Check whether control switch buttons and electrical components are loose, sensitivity of action, etc.;
Add lubricating oil to moving parts of movable connection between machine column and oil bearing;
■ Turn off power and fill in shift record.

Regular maintenance and inspection system
This work is a planned preventive inspection mainly attended by professional maintenance personnel and production workers. (1) Quarterly (3 months) maintenance inspection
■ Detailed inspection according to content of daily inspection;
■ Disassemble and clean oil filter, and analyze dirt;
■ Check whether there is any strain on the surface of cylinder piston rod;
■ Timer timing accuracy, temperature sensing line, thermostat accuracy inspection;
■ Contact inspection of relays, travel switches, and switch buttons;
■ Disassemble nozzle for cleaning.
■ Disassemble and clean oil filter, and analyze dirt;
■ Check whether there is any strain on the surface of cylinder piston rod;
■ Timer timing accuracy, temperature sensing line, thermostat accuracy inspection;
■ Contact inspection of relays, travel switches, and switch buttons;
■ Disassemble nozzle for cleaning.
(2) Maintenance inspection every 6 months (six months)
■ Carry out all inspections according to above items;
■ Check motor and oil pump coupling, add grease if necessary;
■ Solenoid valve disassembly inspection;
■ Pressure valve disassembly inspection;
■ Disassembly inspection of flow valve;
■ Inspection of hydraulic oil contamination;
■ Pipeline inspection: In particular, check whether rubber hose is damaged or ruptured;
■ Disassemble barrel and screw for cleaning and check wear condition;
■ Disassemble screw drive shaft to clean, inspect and add lubricating oil.
■ Check motor and oil pump coupling, add grease if necessary;
■ Solenoid valve disassembly inspection;
■ Pressure valve disassembly inspection;
■ Disassembly inspection of flow valve;
■ Inspection of hydraulic oil contamination;
■ Pipeline inspection: In particular, check whether rubber hose is damaged or ruptured;
■ Disassemble barrel and screw for cleaning and check wear condition;
■ Disassemble screw drive shaft to clean, inspect and add lubricating oil.
(3) Annual maintenance inspection
■ Carry out general inspection according to above items;
■ Remove oil pump and check wear condition;
■ Dismantle and repair oil cylinder, check oil cylinder seal, and replace damaged parts;
■ Clean oil tank and change oil, or filter oil (if necessary, change oil);
■ Check and tighten sealing reliability of pipe joints;
■ Disassemble and check overflow valve, and deal with it according to situation;
■ Cleaning or replacement of air filters;
■ Repair or replace relays and AC contactors with severely ablated contacts and poor contact;
■ Check heating efficiency of heating coil, and consider replacing it when temperature reaches set value for more than ten minutes;
■ Check drive shaft bearing and replace it if worn;
■ Remove oil pump and check wear condition;
■ Dismantle and repair oil cylinder, check oil cylinder seal, and replace damaged parts;
■ Clean oil tank and change oil, or filter oil (if necessary, change oil);
■ Check and tighten sealing reliability of pipe joints;
■ Disassemble and check overflow valve, and deal with it according to situation;
