What should I pay attention to when operating injection molding machine?

1. Be sure to turn off power switch of motor and electric heating before powering on.
2. Check whether circulating cooling water is unblocked. When machine is started and electrified, it must be ensured that hydraulic oil and circulating cooling water of barrel have been opened and unblocked.
3. If machine is equipped with a centralized lubrication device, check amount of oil in device before starting machine. Before oil level drops and open warning line, refill lubricating oil and inject oil to specified oil level.
4. When machine is started, first use jog start (that is, press motor start button, motor is started, then disconnected. After 1-2 seconds, repeat inching start and disconnect 3 to 4 times. When oil pump and motor are moving, listen for abnormal noise, stop operation immediately if there is abnormal noise.)
5. Check parameters of machine during operation, first put machine in manual state, press relevant buttons, visually observe pressure gauge, you can predict pressure of each section, when electric heating is not heated to set value (temperature during normal operation), remember not to start hydraulic motor, operate feeding, injection, shoot back and other actions, otherwise it may cause malfunction or damage of machine.

7. When checking and adjusting functional parameters of injection molding machine, turn off power of motor and oil pump as much as possible. If it is unavoidable, please be especially careful. It is strictly forbidden to operate keys on control panel of machine with one hand, while the other hand is doing any work within lock mold area or touching any moving parts on machine. It is absolutely forbidden for two people to operate a machine: (that is, one person operates keys on machine control panel, while another person operates or is in contact with moving parts within clamping area)
8. Operate horizontal injection molding machine: When safety door is opened, it must be confirmed that stopper can automatically fall at mold opening stop position, and do not move bumper, stopper or bumper cover. When machine stops stops at opening of mold but has not reached end position, mechanical safety device does not work, and it is necessary to understand its criticality.
9. Check safe operation of machine: put machine in manual state, press mold opening button, and let machine fully open mold to end position, then observe whether end position of machine mold opening is at set position, if mold opening exceeds set end position, machine has a helper failure, and machine cannot work;
When machine is in manual state, press mold lock button to fully lock machine (to end position of mold lock), then press red sharp rise switch in the middle of machine, machine will open mold and mold will open to set end position; or put machine in a semi-automatic state, start motor, press two mold clamping buttons on the front of machine at the same time with both hands (one on left and right sides, green), machine quickly closes mold. When mold is closed in slow motion, release your hands and quickly press button in the middle of front of machine (red, sharp rise switch). Mold clamping should be terminated immediately, machine quickly opens mold to fully open closing mold to end position. If you press sharp rise switch, mold clamping is not immediately terminated and mold clamping is continued. At this time, motor should be turned off immediately to stop machine for repairs;
Machine is equipped with a mold clamping induction device. Let machine energize, start motor, press electric heating, mold adjustment, and mold opening keys respectively to make mold open to set end position, then hold object with one hand and place it carefully in mold clamping sensing area. Sensor light will light up, the other hand will press mold-locking switch. At this time, there is no movement in clamping, and mold will not be closed, or press clamping switch with one hand, machine will slowly close mold downwards. At this time, the other hand holds object carefully and put it in induction area of mold. At this time, mold clamping should be terminated immediately, machine will quickly open mold to fully open closing mold to end position before it can be used normally, otherwise it will be shut down for repair.
10. When inspecting machine or doing any work on machine, before touching any moving parts or pressure electrical parts, you must remember safety operation issues, and you must first cut off power supply of oil pump motor to ensure safety.
11. When nozzle is advancing (down), do not remove salivation resin from nozzle with bare hands. Stop injection molding, use iron pliers (clamps) to remove it, not to mention operation directly by hand.
12. Shutdown should be completed when work is completed or when power is suddenly cut off. For sake of safety and protection of electrical equipment, power switch should be turned off.
Remember: Failure to implement above-defined operating procedures may result in serious danger and machine failure.
